Terms and Conditions of Use.

Welcome to the Nirvana Studios Online Ticket Office (www.nirvanastudios.pt/bilheteria). By making your purchase, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Duplication and Resale Policy

Duplication or resale of e-tickets prevents free access to the venue. The Nirvana Studios box office is not involved in these practices and disclaims any responsibility for any entry denials resulting from the presentation of duplicate tickets or tickets purchased through unofficial channels.

2. Data Confirmation and Access

It is the customer's sole responsibility to confirm all the information contained on the purchase confirmation page. To access the event, it is mandatory to present the Electronic Ticket (in digital format on your mobile phone or printed on paper) so that it can be exchanged for the final ticket at the venue's physical box office.

3. Identity Validation

The Electronic Ticket is valid upon presentation of a legal identification document by the holder. This document may be requested at any time by our hall assistants for verification purposes.

4. Exchanges and Returns

No exchanges or refunds are offered for tickets purchased online. The only exception to this rule applies if the event undergoes a significant change from the original schedule or is cancelled by the organizers.

5. Revenue

If you wish to have an invoice issued with your Individual Taxpayer Registry (CPF) number, the request must be made and the data filled in at the time of the online purchase.

6. Ticket Transferability

If you are unable to attend the event, you are permitted to transfer, offer, or sell your ticket to a third party. However, this transfer does not entitle you to any changes to your previously chosen menu or the seat you were initially assigned.
